PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Credit or debit card charge (VISA, MASTERCARD) – no extra charges.
  • Bank account deposit – no extra charges.

  • Via PayPal – no extra charges.

  • Klarna – You can pay using Klarna by selecting the Klarna payment button at checkout and following the instructions provided in the secure Klarna environment.

  • IRIS Payments – To complete a payment via IRIS, select Viva Payments at checkout and then choose IRIS as your payment option. You will be redirected to your bank’s secure environment to finalize the transaction safely.

  • Cash on delivery – available only within Greece, with no extra charges.

 

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped within 7 working days after it has been placed and confirmed.

For deliveries within Greece, shipping costs are €5. Orders are shipped via ACS.
Upon request and after prior arrangement, shipments can also be sent via BoxNow.

International orders are shipped via Hellenic Post (tracked service).
Orders to the United States are shipped via FedEx.

All international shipments include tracking and are delivered without requiring a signature.

Delivery time:
• Up to 3 working days within Attica
• 3–6 working days for the rest of Greece and remote areas, from the moment the parcel leaves our headquarters.

Free shipping for all orders over €80 within Greece.

For deliveries within Europe, shipping costs are €7.

For international deliveries, shipping costs are €10.
For deliveries to the United States, shipping costs are €25.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES after dispatching:

Europe: 5 - 15 business days (except Spain, Italy, and Switzerland; those sometimes require up to 20 business days). 

United Kingdom: 15 - 35 business days. (Mostly 10 to 15 but because of the UK Customs It can make up to 35 business days!)

United States: 3 - 10 business days.

Australia - Canada: 15 - 30 business days.

Mexico: 3 - 5 weeks.

Elsewhere globally: 8 - 40 business days.
