RETURN POLICY
If you would like to make a return, please complete the form that is sent along with your items and include it with your return.
Any items bought on sale are only eligible to be returned, after getting in touch with us by email at applenamedd@outlook.com.gr.
The money that will be returned to you is the amount of the value of the item on the day of its purchase. That is, with the discount rate, he had that day.
Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the jewelry is faulty.
Caution! The time of execution and delivery of orders does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, from the country that the order was delivered to, along with the receipt or invoice of purchase and the return form filled out. Please provide us a tracking number for the returning package.
What happens once we receive your package?
Checking the package - after we receive it, we will check its condition and the Return Form we received. After positive verification, you will receive a notification from us at the email address you stated in your order.
Please note that returns do not apply to used products. You can read the details in the Store Regulations.
Refund - we usually refund within 5 working days of receiving the package, in exceptional cases a refund can be made within 14 days.
We will refund the money the same way you paid for your order. In case of payment with:
PayPal / card: you will receive money through the same payment systems,
Cash on delivery: the refund will be made to the IBAN bank account you specify on the Refund Form.
Caution! A Greek bank account number must start with 'GR' and have 25 digits.
Correction of purchase document
You will receive the corrected purchase document by email.
Can I exchange the product?
To exchange a product, declare a new order, pay for it and return what doesn't suit you. We will refund the money for the returned product.
Product returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery. In case of a product return, no refund is made.
